Did you ever wonder if there is an end to therapy?
Need we really be consumed by an endless process of self-examination and accumulated insight?
If you feel you’ve gone through enough processes, then it’s finally time to change! There is always a beginning, middle and end to the work of personal transformation as we work through our challenges with clarity, courage and conviction. I’ve always maintained a personal commitment throughout my entire professional career that I would never ask anyone to do anything I had not first done myself. So, after 20 years as a psychotherapist, I decided it was time to utilize my unconventional background and began my reinvention…
I got off the couch!
The truth is that life is not an endurance test. The goal of life is more than merely to survive; it is to experience personal freedom through the expression of our unique talents.
We came to create and to manifest our ambitions; to turn our loftiest dreams into reality.
An Unconventional Coach
Whilst traditional therapy tends to delve into the lengthy processing of feelings, interpretations and personal insights, coaching focuses on action and results.
My role as a coach is to help you gain clarity about your predicaments and dilemmas and the key is having you gain your own insights, quickly and thoroughly.
Jamie Greene… a great guy who has the best insight in this universe… Not kidding, he knows me well. I have dealt with many things that were hard, but somehow Jamie always has an easy solution that I couldn’t come up with but he shows his magic every time. If you have the chance to meet this man, I am sure u will know instantly.. he is one of a kind, soft spoken but knows, he just knows things and solutions are a snap for him.
My Coaching work includes training, instructing and directing individuals, couples and groups to create concrete goals, while developing specific desired skills and techniques to manifest those goals quickly and effectively.
